Preparing for the Triduum

Palm Sunday is this Sunday, April 1st. The day our Lord went into Jerusalem. This coming week is one of the biggest, most important weeks of our Church year. Many of you went on the Pilgrimage Saturday, March 28th. The Pilgrimage was a great start to Holy Week.

I hope you had a good and descerning Lent. It is almost over. Did you give up something successfully or did you do something good for someone? If it has been a struggle keeping your promise, remember that it is never to late.  Work hard this week in pleasing our Lord.

If you never had the opportunity to experience the Holy Week masses, take the time this week to gather with us and worship our God.  It is an amazing experience, starting Thursday night adn continuing through Easter Sunday.

Please pray for all our priest and deacons as they renew their vows Monday at the Chrism Mass at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen in Baltimore.
