WELCOME TO OUR ON-LINE SCHEDULING OF EVENTS AND MEETINGS.

USE OF FACILITIES:

The use of St. Ignatius Facilities is restricted to appropriate Church related activites:

St. Ignatius Faith Formation, St. Ignatius Ministries and Groups, Parish Chartered groups; Knights of Columbus, Boy Scouts.

We do not host or rent our space to community group events or private events.

St. Ignatius reserves the right to refuse the use of our facilities to any person or organization and to remove any person for misconduct or other reasons not in the best interest of the parish.

AVAILABILITY:

Reservations are considered on a first come, first served basis. Liturgical and Faith Formation activities come before all other requests are considered.

  I WILL BE SURE TO CLEAN UP AREA AND WIPE UP ANY SPILLS. CLEAN TABLETOPS AND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT. REMOVE ALL TRASH AND RECYCLING AND PLACE IN THE CORRECT DUMPSTER. I WILL HAVE A GROUP MEMBER MONITOR DOOR TO GREET AND OPEN THE DOOR FOR ALL ATTENDEES (PARISH HALL DOORS CANNOT BE LEFT OPEN AND/OR UNLOCKED). AT THE END OF THE EVENT I WILL TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS AND CLOSE AND LOCK ALL DOORS/WINDOWS.
